Meet the Team

I am originally from Newport News, Virginia.

I went Medical Careers Institute where I earned my Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting.

One of the main reasons I love natural medicine is because its more practical without all the crazy side effects that sometimes regular standard American medicine can cause. I am a firm believer that food is medicine and that we don’t necessarily need to pack ourselves with an endless supply of prescriptions. Simply detoxing your body every now and then and maintaining a proper diet and exercise is the best way to practice preventative care.

In my free time, you will see me with my kids. We’re either taking a stroll down at Tempe Town Lake, checking out the events in downtown Phoenix or simply having a relaxing day and picnic at the park.
